Responsibilities include explaining features, demonstrating items, preparing quotations, and processing sales. You will maintain displays, track stock, and support promotions while upholding the UFO Elektronika brand and customer service excellence.

Role Description

The Furniture Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at the UFO Elektronika store in Tulungagung. The individual in this role will greet customers, understand their furniture needs, and recommend suitable products that align with their preferences, budget, and home layout. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features, demonstrating items on the showroom floor, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also includes maintaining product displays, ensuring the furniture area is clean and well-organized, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with the store team on promotions and pricing. The Furniture Sales team member will provide consistent customer service, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets while representing the UFO Elektronika brand professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening with diverse customers.


• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales, preferably in furniture or consumer electronics environments.


• Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term customer relationships.


• Knowledge of Furniture products, materials, and basic interior layout considerations to guide customers effectively.


• Basic math and computer skills for handling prices, discounts, and point-of-sale systems.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, move furniture safely with appropriate tools, and maintain a neat showroom area.


• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.


• Previous retail or showroom experience and familiarity with Indonesian retail market practices are beneficial.
