MALINDA FURNITURE GALLERY is seeking a Sales Leader to guide a high-performing team across Indonesia’s showrooms. The role emphasizes coaching, strategy development, and customer-centric solutions to grow revenue and market share.

The candidate will oversee recruitment and training, analyze sales data, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
• 3+ years in sales leadership/management, preferably in furniture/retail.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive decisions.
• Willing to be placed at HR Muhammad and Galaxy Mall.

Bachelor's Degree from any major from reputable university

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
