Job summary

DBS is seeking a fund accounting specialist to support daily NAV calculations, reconciliation, and financial reporting from Jakarta Head Office. The role collaborates with investment managers and administrators to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 2–3 years of fund accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial software and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly fund accounting activities including NAV calculations, unit pricing, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile fund accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and client reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with investment managers, administrators, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide support for fund launches, mergers, and other corporate actions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of fund accounting operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of all fund accounting activities.
