Job summary

PT. Kualitas Tekhnologi Asia is seeking a Functional Consultant to analyse business processes, configure ERP modules, and provide system-based solutions. You will present systems to stakeholders, document BRD/FSD, and support post-implementation activities.

We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of ERP implementation experience, strong module knowledge (Finance, SCM, HR, Manufacturing), and the ability to bridge business with technical teams. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of ERP implementation or related functional work.
• Deep understanding of modules such as Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing.
• Ability to map business flows into ERP configurations and create documentation.
• Basic SQL, database concepts, and communication with technical teams.

This role involves analysing business processes and user functional requirements, configuring ERP modules, and providing system-based solutions. You will present and demonstrate systems to business stakeholders, prepare documentation, train end-users, manage UAT processes, coordinate with ERP developers, and provide post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

Analyse business processes and user functional requirements

Provide effective and efficient ERP system-based solution recommendations

Present and demonstrate systems to business stakeholders

Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD)

Handle User Acceptance Test (UAT) and document results

Coordinate with ERP Developer to ensure technical requirements can be realised

Provide post-implementation support and make improvements as needed

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration

1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation or related functional work (recent graduates with relevant internship background may be considered)

Deep understanding of specific modules such as Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing

Ability to map business flows into ERP systems (configuration), create technical documentation, and conduct system testing

Basic understanding of database architecture and programming logic to communicate with technical teams (SQL, query, coding)

Ability to explain complex technical terms clearly to non-technical clients or users

Critical thinking skills to find the best solutions to client operational problems

Patience in training users on new systems and managing resistance to change

Ability to schedule, plan, and set implementation targets to ensure timely completion
