PGI Data mencari pengembang fullstack berpengalaman untuk mengembangkan aplikasi kesehatan berskala besar di Jakarta Selatan. Peran ini mencakup frontend, backend, serta integrasi API HL7 FHIR R4 untuk pertukaran data kesehatan yang standar.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site dengan kontrak kerja. Kandidat diutamakan memiliki minimal 7 tahun pengalaman dan keahlian di RESTful APIs, serta pemahaman kuat mengenai standar data kesehatan.

Formación

• Gelar S1 di bidang TI/CS/Software Engineering.
• Minimal 7 tahun pengalaman sebagai Fullstack Developer.
• Pengalaman mengembangkan aplikasi kesehatan (HIS/EMR) diutamakan.
• Hands-on HL7 FHIR R4 untuk pertukaran data kesehatan.

Responsabilidades

• Mendesain, mengembangkan, menguji, dan memelihara aplikasi fullstack kesehatan.
• Membangun antarmuka responsif dan layanan backend untuk sistem kesehatan.
• Mengembangkan dan mengintegrasikan API FHIR R4 yang standar.
• Melakukan pengujian API, troubleshooting, dan optimasi performa.
• Menjamin kualitas data, interoperabilitas, keamanan, dan kepatuhan standar kesehatan.

Descripción del empleo

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Design, develop, test, and maintain fullstack healthcare applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces and backend services for healthcare systems.
• Develop and integrate HL7 FHIR R4-based APIs to enable standardized healthcare data exchange.
• Map and transform healthcare data into the appropriate FHIR resources.
• Perform API testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure data quality, interoperability, security, and compliance with applicable healthcare data standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, healthcare professionals, system analysts, and other developers.
• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and integration documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability projects involving hospitals, laboratories, clinics, or national health platforms.
• Familiarity with SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with healthcare integration engines or terminology services is an advantage.
• Understanding of Indonesian healthcare interoperability requirements is an advantage.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Experience in developing healthcare applications, hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), or other healthcare information systems is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4 for healthcare data exchange and system interoperability.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, FHIR resources, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML data formats.

Technical Requirements

• Proficient in backend development using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET, or an equivalent backend framework.
• Proficient in frontend development using React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or an equivalent JavaScript framework.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4 resources, such as Patient, Practitioner, Encounter, Observation, Condition, and Medication.
• Experience integrating healthcare applications with external systems using HL7 FHIR APIs.
• Understanding of FHIR profiles, extensions, terminology, resource validation, and implementation guides.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application deployment.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and security in healthcare applications.
