White Glove Hiring mencari Software Developer backend berbasis Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus) untuk mengembangkan solusi enterprise. Peran ini fokus pada desain, pengembangan, dan pemeliharaan backend, termasuk RESTful APIs, CI/CD, serta kerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi di lingkungan agile.

Lokasi di Jakarta, on-site dengan kontrak PKWT yang extendable. Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di microservices dan arsitektur backend sangat dihargai, serta kemampuan dokumentasi teknis dan QA testing.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang CS/IS/SE atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Software Developer/Analyst atau peran serupa.
• Pengalaman arsitektur microservices dan backend development.
• Pengalaman hands-on dengan Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus), REST API, Git/GitLab, Docker.
• Pengalaman DB relasional/non-relasional: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Pengalaman CI/CD dan deployment otomatis.
• Terpapar cloud seperti GCP/AWS.
• Pengalaman Linux/Windows serta QA testing.
• Nice to have: Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, Python, Node.js, arsitektur Open API, pengalaman di Banking/Financial Services, sistem terdistribusi.

Responsibilities

• Desain, kembangkan, dan pemeliharaan backend menggunakan Java (Spring Boot) dan arsitektur microservices.
• Bangun RESTful API dan layanan backend untuk aplikasi berskala besar.
• Implementasikan solusi microservices sesuai prinsip SOLID dan 12-Factor App.
• Ikut diskusi desain sistem dan perencanaan arsitektur untuk sistem yang skalabel.
• Kembangkan layanan backend dengan Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus.
• Buat, tinjau, dan pelihara dokumentasi teknis (FSD, desain teknis, panduan produksi).
• Bekerja lintas tim dengan Front-End, QA, DevOps untuk solusi end-to-end.
• Implementasi CI/CD untuk pengujian, integrasi, dan deployment.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, dan analisis root cause pada lingkungan dev/staging/prod.
• Sediakan workarounds dan solusi permanen sesuai SLA IT.
• Kelola repositori menggunakan Git/GitLab.
• Tingkatkan aplikasi backend yang ada.
• Berpartisipasi dalam Agile ceremonies seperti sprint planning, stand-ups, review, retrospectives.
• Terapkan best practices coding, performa, security, dan reliability.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to support enterprise and high-traffic applications.
• Implement microservices-based solutions following SOLID principles and the 12-Factor App methodology.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical planning to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
• Develop backend services using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Technical design documents
• Production implementation guides
• Collaborate with Front-End Developers, Full-Stack Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for application issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Provide temporary workarounds and permanent solutions for production incidents while ensuring resolution meets IT SLA standards.
• Maintain and manage source code repositories using Git / GitLab version control systems.
• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications and backend services.
• Contribute actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, system security, and reliability.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and Backend Development.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus)
  • RESTful API development
  • Git / GitLab
  • Docker
• Strong experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including:
  • SQL Server
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure environments, such as:
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience working in Linux and Windows operating systems environments.
• Understanding of Software QA methodologies and testing processes.
