Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach prompting techniques: zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, role prompting, context setting, output formatting.

Job description

Fullstack Developer responsible for teaching individuals and teams how to interact with AI/LLM effectively, with a primary focus on prompting techniques. This role combines mastery of technical prompt engineering with the ability to teach and translate technical concepts into material that is easy for non-technical people to understand. What distinguishes this role: a balance of creative "right brain" and analytical "left brain" problem-solving skills, combined with enthusiasm for teaching and communicating findings to others.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver prompting training sessions for internal teams and clients (develop training materials and deliver training sessions to internal teams and clients)
• Develop curriculum, modules, and prompt examples (templates) for various use cases
• Teach prompting techniques: zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, role prompting, context setting, output formatting
• Evaluate AI output results and demonstrate how to iterate/refine prompts to participants
• Create best practice documentation and reusable prompt libraries
• Follow latest AI developments and update training materials regularly

About you

• Basic understanding of how LLMs work and prompt engineering
• Strong language proficiency (Indonesia & English) because prompt engineers must communicate with AI systems through words and phrases, requiring strong language skills in selecting words, verbs, and relevant examples
• Familiar with popular AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and understand the character differences of each model
• Ability to test and iterate prompts systematically
• Completed training, workshop, or Prompt Engineering certification
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in developing and optimizing prompts for generative AI models
• Able to compile presentation materials and training documentation that is structured, professional, and easy to understand
• Teaching ability and skill in simplifying concepts: communication skills, patience, teaching ability
• Does not condescend to others and can explain concepts simply
• Comfortable with cross-team communication and collaboration; enjoys teaching technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical people
• Comfortable with public speaking/presentations in front of a class
• Patient and adaptive to diverse participant levels

Nice to have

• Experience in L&D, teaching, journalism, or linguistics
• Portfolio of prompts/training documentation previously created (e.g. GitHub/Behance) as evidence of work
