You will design curricula, create prompt templates, and lead training sessions for diverse audiences, translating technical concepts into accessible materials.

The role blends creative and analytical thinking with a passion for teaching and clear communication, enabling teams to adopt best practices in prompt engineering.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of how LLMs work and prompt engineering.
• Strong language proficiency in Indonesian and English for clear communication.
• Familiar with popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
• Ability to test and iterate prompts systematically.
• Completed training or Prompt Engineering certification.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in developing prompts for generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver prompting training sessions for internal teams and clients (materials and sessions).
• Develop curriculum, modules, and prompt examples for various use cases.
• Teach prompting techniques: zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, role prompting, context setting, output formatting.
• Evaluate AI output and demonstrate iterative refinement of prompts.
• Create best practice documentation and reusable prompt libraries.
• Stay current with AI developments and update training materials regularly.
