Job summary

GUE Ecosystem is seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, develop and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications that support product development and business operations.

You will create reusable prompt templates, guardrails, and structured outputs to ensure consistency and scalability, while preparing test data and evaluating performance across accuracy, relevance, safety, and efficiency. This role requires proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Prompt Engineering or Generative AI projects.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, structured prompting, output evaluation, documentation and basic data analysis.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing Prompt Engineering or Generative AI projects is required.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
