Job summary

GUE Ecosystem is seeking a prompt engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications to support product development and business operations.

You will create reusable prompt templates, system instructions, guardrails, and structured output formats to ensure consistency and scalability. You will prepare test datasets and evaluate prompt performance on accuracy, relevance, safety, and efficiency, while documenting results and guidelines for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications to support product development and business operations.
• Create and maintain reusable prompt templates, system instructions, guardrails, and structured output formats to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Prepare test datasets and evaluate prompt performance based on accuracy, consistency, relevance, safety, and efficiency.
• Document prompt versions, experiment results, improvement recommendations, and user guidelines for internal project teams.
• Refine prompts based on user feedback, model updates, and evolving business needs.
