Ruangguru for Business seeks dedicated educators to provide coaching and training, become buddies for MT Akademia, and guide students with the Academic Team. You will engage with Student Advisors to map pathways, run Homework Clinics, and participate in Class by Class sessions to share best practices and advance educational initiatives.

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Have innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.

Responsabilités

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisors to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with addressing academic issues and solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.


• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.


• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
