Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking educators to deliver coaching and training for MT Akademia, collaborating with Academic Team guidance. You will conduct student/parent consulting to map pathways for academic goals and maintain strong student engagement and renewals.

Responsibilities include leading CBC and classroom sessions, developing teaching materials, and fostering positive relationships with BAC staff to ensure smooth operations and effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

• Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students with addressing academic issues and providing solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
