Job summary

Ruangguru in Indonesia seeks educators to provide coaching and training sessions, act as buddies for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team.

You will conduct consulting for students and parents with Student Advisors to chart pathways and boost engagement, run Homework Clinics, and participate in CBC sessions with the regional team.

Additionally, you will teach in classrooms, meet quotas for sessions, and develop teaching materials to support curriculum implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team.

• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation
