Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an energetic educator to coach MT Akademia, help students and parents through consultations, and run Homework Clinics to address academic issues. You will also teach in classrooms, model effective instruction, and ensure consistent teaching quality across sessions.

Collaborating with the Academic Team and regional staff, you will contribute to CBC initiatives and create engaging materials to support curriculum implementation and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK or university entrance exam preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain student-parents engagement for renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students in addressing academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
