Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking MT Akademia with a focus on coaching, training, and classroom teaching to enhance student outcomes under the Academic Team. You will also collaborate with Student Advisors to guide students and parents toward educational paths.

The role involves conducting Homework Clinics, CBC sessions, and material development to support curriculum implementation and ensure high-quality learning experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities
