Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an English teacher in Indonesia to plan and deliver lessons for learners from young children to adults, with up to 25 teaching hours per week. You will develop engaging plans and use varied techniques to foster participation.

You will also manage assessments, track attendance, and collaborate with staff to maintain schedules. Additionally, you will mentor freelance teachers and ensure adherence to academy standards, with opportunities to teach offline at the English Academy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Experience teaching English, preferably to young learners (3–18 years).
• TOEFL/IELTS certification is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and support fellow teachers.
• Strong communications in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center.

• Ensure freelance teachers adhere to English Academy's teaching standards and policies.
