Job summary

English Academy Center is looking for a qualified English teacher to plan and deliver high-quality lessons to learners from young to adult. You will develop engaging plans and use diverse techniques to help students reach their goals, with a maximum of 25 teaching hours per week.

You will maintain attendance records, prepare assessments, mentor freelance teachers, and observe classes to provide feedback. A Bachelor's degree in English or related field is required, TOEFL/IELTS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Has experience in teaching English, preferably for young learners (3-18 years old)
• Having a TOEFL/IELTS certification will be a plus
• Able to mentor and support fellow teachers.
• Good communications in English (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center

• Conduct regular observations of freelance teachers' classes, offering feedback to improve teaching performance.
• Ensure freelance teachers adhere to English Academy's teaching standards and policies.
