Job summary

Ruangguru seeks an English instructor to plan and deliver engaging lessons for learners from young children to adults, with a cap of 25 teaching hours per week. You will maintain attendance and progress records, administer tests, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth class operations.

The role also includes mentoring freelance teachers, observing classes, and providing constructive feedback to improve teaching performance, while upholding English Academy's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Has experience in teaching English, preferably for young learners (3-18 years old).
• Having a TOEFL/IELTS certification will be a plus.
• Able to mentor and support fellow teachers.
• Good communications in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center.
