Job summary

PT PHOENIX GLOBAL LOGISTIK is seeking an experienced export operations specialist in Jakarta to manage import/export manifests using CESIA 4.0. You will handle vessel bookings, MB/L/HB/L nuances, and import procedures while ensuring timely shipments.

The role requires 5–8 years in export/ocean freight, strong documentation skills, and independent operation to meet deadlines in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in export operations, ocean freight, or freight forwarding.
• Proficient in CESIA 4.0, particularly for import and export manifest processing.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight, shipping line booking, and shipping documentation.
• Thorough understanding of export operations and import D/O exchange procedures.
• Familiar with importer identification checks and applicable import restrictions.
• Able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently while meeting operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process import and export manifests using CESIA 4.0, ensuring accurate data entry and proper processing in accordance with applicable procedures
• Understand the differences between Master Bill of Lading (MB/L) and House Bill of Lading (HB/L) and apply this knowledge to shipping documentation
• Handle vessel bookings with shipping lines and check vessel schedules, vessel information, port opening dates, customs closing times, and Bill of Lading (B/L) cut-off times
• Monitor relevant shipment schedules and operational deadlines
• Handle the complete export operation process independently
• Manage import Delivery Order (D/O) exchange procedures and relevant documentation requirements
• Check importer identification numbers and applicable import restrictions
• Coordinate import customs clearance and cargo delivery arrangements
