Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk invites an experienced Sales Leader to drive FTTH sales growth by managing Team Leaders (TLs) and Account Executives (AEs) in the Manado region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, FTTH, or broadband services.
• 2–3 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills – able to develop TLs and AEs to perform at their best.
• Experienced in driving new acquisitions, reducing churn, and converting customers to active status.
• Skilled in delivering training and upskilling initiatives for sales teams.
• Good analytical skills – able to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area for field visits and team support.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills to track KPIs and provide business insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales activities of TLs and AEs to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
