Job summary

PT PRIESMA MITRA JAYA is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and manage training programs for frontline employees, from onboarding to capability development. The role involves creating practical training materials, delivering sessions, and assessing impact to improve performance.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Bachelor's degree or higher, at least 1 year in Training/Learning & Development, and strong English communication; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above; Business, Science, or Engineering background is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Training / Learning & Development.
• Experience in BPO, Call Center, Customer Service, Telecommunications, FMCG, or Consumer Electronics is preferred.
• Fluent spoken English is required.
• Chinese/Mandarin communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Able to develop training materials, assessments, and training reports.
• Good teamwork and able to collaborate with different departments.
• Experience in mobile phone repair or electronic product training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs including onboarding, product/process training, and capability development.
• Develop and improve training materials, courses, assessments, and certification programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and ensure employees can apply the knowledge in daily operations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance data, and certification results.
• Prepare training reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Identify employee capability gaps and follow up with appropriate improvement actions.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand operational and training needs.
