Job summary

Riverside Golf Club in Bogor, Indonesia, seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead maintenance for the Club House and all utilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations on site.

The role requires at least five years in building maintenance or facility management, preferably in hospitality settings such as hotels or golf clubs. Strong leadership, budgeting, and energy efficiency initiatives are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Building Maintenance, Property Engineering, or Facility Management.
• Hospitality industry experience (hotels, resorts, golf clubs) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and OHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance programs for Club House facilities and utilities.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
• Lead and supervise maintenance team; manage schedules and training.
• Manage maintenance budgets and operational costs; optimize resources.
• Oversee asset management, inspections, and repairs to maximize asset life.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with OHS, environmental, and fire safety regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth operations.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, budgets, and spare parts inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and energy efficiency.
