Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or similar hospitality management role.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including service procedures and dining etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Indonesian language knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house team (servers, hosts, support staff).
