Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
• Strong numeracy and accuracy in processing payments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
• Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and ability to make recommendations
