Job summary

You will supervise front desk agents, handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, maintain accurate records of guest accounts and occupancy, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in front desk or guest services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
