Job summary

PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks an experienced Project Leader for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare, coordinating HR, IT, functional consultants, vendors, and partners across multiple workstreams.

You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and governance, while ensuring data integrity, security, and QA. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential for successful user readiness and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in SAP/HR tech projects, incl. 3+ years leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects from discovery to hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations with talent modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and governance standards.
• Coordinate HR, IT, functional consultants, technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors across all workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements and solution-design workshops, ensuring alignment between business needs and SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, security roles, testing, training, cutover, and production deployment.
• Maintain project plans and RAID logs; manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resource utilization, quality, and vendor performance against milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Provide clear status reports, recommendations, and escalations to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, documentation, quality assurance, and organizational standards.
• Drive user readiness, change management, knowledge transfer, operational handover, and post-implementation review.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP/HR technology projects, including at least 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects, from discovery and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and integration with relevant talent modules and third-party systems.
• Solid project management skills covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Experience coordinating functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and senior business stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integration, security/role design, testing, cutover, and change-management activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in English; SAP SuccessFactors and/or project management certification is preferred.
