Job summary

Vidio in Jakarta seeks an organized administrator to support content operations. You will schedule and publish content across platforms and keep the content tracker up to date to meet timelines.

You will also manage product carts, tags, and affiliate links on content and live sessions, collect performance data including engagement and GMV, and coordinate with the Creative, MCN, and Operations teams to ensure accurate publishing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
• Experience in administration or operations preferred.
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, or other social media platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across platforms according to the content plan.
• Update and monitor the content tracker to meet the timeline.
• Add and verify product carts, product tags, and affiliate links on content and live sessions.
• Collect, consolidate, and manage performance data, including engagement and GMV, for evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with the Creative, MCN, and Operations teams regarding publishing and reporting requirements.
