Job summary

DREAMBOX Group is seeking a proactive Social Media Content Intern to join our marketing team in Tangerang. You will co-create and schedule content across platforms, collaborate with designers and videographers, and help manage daily social media activities with a focus on engagement and brand voice.

Ideal candidates are final-year students in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications who are creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines in a hybrid Gading Serpong environment.

Qualifications

• Final year student in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work hybrid in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed content calendar for all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
• Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engagement.

• Create and maintain a detailed content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve content strategies.
• Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future content.

Requirements

• Skill : creative thinker, storyteller, copywriting, adapt quickly, attention to detail, time management, organized
