Job summary

Traveloka is seeking an Expert in Fraud Analytics to lead advanced analytics on the PayLater portfolio, detecting shifting patterns and improving fraud detection models. You will investigate complex cases, design countermeasures, and contribute to financial recovery while supporting GBV growth.

Responsibilities include framework optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory/stakeholder management with regulators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in fraud investigation/management for unsecured lending.
• Strong understanding of BNPL fraud landscape and OJK regulations.
• Data-driven with ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics on PayLater fraud patterns and trends.
• Investigate incidents, design countermeasures, and implement rules.
• Drive financial recovery actions while supporting GBV growth.
• Improve early investigation frameworks across the platform.
• Coordinate with regulators, product teams, and partners on inquiries.
