PT Multi Wangi Alami is seeking a Fragrance Consultant in Jakarta to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting. You will identify customer preferences, suggest suitable fragrances, and drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and up-selling strategies.

You will maintain attractive displays, manage stock and promotions, and ensure compliance with store procedures. A minimum of 3 years in fragrance consulting with strong selling skills is required.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Fragrance Consultant.
• Strong understanding of fragrance basics and industry trends.
• Proven selling and upselling capabilities.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and withstand retail pressures.

Key responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner

Identify customer needs, preferences, and characteristics related to fragrance choices

Provide product recommendations based on aroma, character, and customer needs

Perform upselling and cross-selling of products

Actively offer promotions, bundling, or company programs to customers

Ensure product stock in display areas is always available and organized according to standards

Assist with stock opname and check product expiration dates

Follow store operational procedures and company standards

About you

Minimum 3 years experience as a Fragrance Consultant

Understanding of fragrance basics, fragrance notes, and fragrance industry trends

Strong selling and upselling capabilities

Ability to work towards sales target

Good work resilience in a retail environment
