Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agronomy, or Social Sciences.
• Experience in social engagement, stakeholder mapping and conflict resolution with NGOs is an advantage.
• Proficiency with FPIC and stakeholder analysis methodologies.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate community programs.
• Commitment to environmental and social integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis during due diligence to identify key influencers and community dynamics.
• Lead and document FPIC processes for villages and projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Monitor encroachment risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver quarterly stakeholder engagement updates with progress, risks, and next-step recommendations.
• Monitor and report on community programs across projects.
