Qualifications

• 7–10 years of external affairs or stakeholder management experience in mining or large industrial development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple government, community, and civil society stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks for land use, environment and social licensing.
• Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Southeast Sulawesi or similar remote resource regions is highly desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, business, law or social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external affairs strategies for the industrial estate component.
• Manage relationships with government agencies at local, provincial and national levels.
• Oversee community engagement and relations with local communities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including community leaders and indigenous groups.
• Monitor regulatory and social landscape to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Support social and economic development programmes for local communities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permits and licensing for the estate.
• Manage crisis communication protocols.
• Collaborate with operations, environment and legal teams for coordinated engagement.
