PT Super Wahana Tehno is seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to drive the social engagement execution across projects in Indonesia. You will map stakeholders, facilitate FPIC processes, and monitor encroachment risks to protect community interests.

The role requires collaboration with project teams, NGOs, and local communities, delivering quarterly updates and risk assessments while upholding environmental and social integrity.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Forestry, Agronomy, Social Sciences).
• Proven experience in social engagement, stakeholder mapping, and conflict resolution; NGOs experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in FPIC, stakeholder analysis, and conflict resolution methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate community.
• Commitment to environmental and social integrity.

Conduct thorough stakeholder mapping and analysis during Due Diligence (DD) to identify key influencers and community dynamics.

FPIC Facilitation

Lead and document FPIC processes for SBE villages and other project, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Encroachment Monitoring & Strategy

Monitor encroachment risks regularly; develop mitigation strategies within the scope of community engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement Updates

Deliver quarterly stakeholder engagement updates, including progress, risks, and next-step recommendations.

Monitoring, Evaluasi, dan Pelaporan Program

Monitoring community program pada seluruh project perusahaan yang berjalan

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Forestry, Agronomy, Social Sciences).
