Job summary

Head of FP&A role for a multinational FMCG organization with Indonesian operations. Focus on governing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data consolidation across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial units.

Seeks a senior hands-on FP&A expert to deliver insights to senior management and drive cost optimization and capital allocation decisions. The role emphasizes strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of a small FP&A team to ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
8–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Strong FMCG/food & beverage or high-volume consumer business background.
Proven leadership in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
Ability to consolidate data across multiple units and present to senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts.
Develop financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and decision making.
Standardize data structures, logic, and consolidation across units.
Consolidate data from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels.
Prepare MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for leadership.
Mentor FP&A team and ensure data governance.
