Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Min GPA 3.50.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Able to perform variance analysis and identify key financial drivers and root causes.
• Understanding of P&L and profitability analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of financial plans and business-related financial information to align with company objectives.
• Monitor financial data and business performance regularly, providing insights for management evaluation.
• Assist in reviewing financial results by comparing actual performance with plans, targets, or previous periods.
• Identify trends, changes, and variances, and provide analysis to understand factors.
• Support evaluation of financial performance across products, categories, channels, customers, and other areas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and others to gather financial information.
• Prepare financial calculations, business analysis, and simulations for business activities.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Improve financial reporting processes, templates, and data management for accurate analysis.
