Job summary

PT Republik Svarga Indonesia is seeking a FAT Manager / Supervisor to develop and monitor the financial plan, budget, and performance across retail, e-commerce and distribution channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance/accounting at supervisory level, and strong skills in forecasting, cash flow management, P&L analysis, and financial reporting. You will lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to deliver accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years in finance/accounting, supervisor/manager level preferred.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the company's financial plan and budget.
• Prepare sales, revenue, expense, profit, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor actual vs budget vs forecast and provide insights.
• Prepare regular financial performance and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
• Lead and monitor the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to ensure timely reporting.
