Job summary

PT Naturalva Herba Indonesia seeks an accomplished Lead Finance professional to oversee Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and FP&A across the organization. You will manage cashflow, working capital, AR, collections and COD settlements while delivering strategic financial recommendations to the Board.

The role requires extensive experience in financial reporting, PSAK compliance, budgeting and forecasting, plus strong internal controls and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods is preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, PSAK, taxation, budgeting and forecasting
• Strong experience in treasury, cashflow, working capital, AR/collection and AP management
• Experience managing COD/e-commerce settlement is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of internal control, audit and fraud prevention
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and FP&A activities
• Manage cashflow, working capital, AR, collection and COD settlement
• Prepare budget, forecast and financial analysis
• Monitor profitability, cost control and inventory
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance
• Strengthen internal control and prevent financial leakage and fraud
• Lead audit and tax audit processes
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to BOD
