Job summary

Grab is seeking a Finance Associate for the Jabo Strategy and Planning team in Jakarta, focusing on FP&A, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will translate financial numbers into actionable business plans and support regional FP&A activities on mobility and delivery verticals.

Based on-site in Jakarta, you will partner with country FP&A, marketing, and operations teams under the S&P leadership to drive performance and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FP&A/finance/strategy or business analysis.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics or related field.
• Understanding of P&L metrics and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly forecasts and annual business plans.
• Monitor budget consumption and flag variances requiring action.
• Design and maintain dashboards for key financial metrics.
