Job summary

Grab is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to oversee the forecasting process, coordinate input from multiple divisions, and build financial models. You will ensure timely delivery of budgets and forecasts, reporting to the Manager and working onsite in Jakarta.

You will analyze revenues, costs, and evaluate new programs to drive profitability and growth, partnering with business teams and other departments to support strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience minimum 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge on Oracle, EPM, SQL, or Power BI.
• Passionate about learning and exploring new trends in business and finance.
• Experience in multinational companies, tech consulting, or startups preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor actual financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse variances, investigate deviations, and collaborate with partners to adjust forecasts.
• Provide insights to management and partners.
• Be a finance partner to business teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business activities/plans.
• Communicate financial and operational impact of changes in business logic.
• Contribute to month-end closing and data quality improvements.
• Build financial models to evaluate scenarios and impacts on performance.
• Present comprehensive financial reports and presentations.
• Follow up indicators linked to budget and forecast with relevant departments
• Utilize budgeting and management reporting systems
