niu search is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee quality management for footwear products and ensure all items meet required standards. You will monitor end-to-end production, drive quality improvements, and report findings to senior management.

Lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with departments, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality. Fluency in English and Chinese is required to interact with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC management in footwear manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong cross‑department communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality management for footwear products and ensure all products meet required quality standards.
• Monitor end-to-end production process and quality control, identify quality issues timely and drive effective solutions.
• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure quality improvement initiatives are implemented.
• Prepare quality management reports and update senior management on progress and findings.
