On is seeking a Senior Lead of Footwear Production Quality to be based in Indonesia. You will develop and maintain trusted relationships with key manufacturing partners, overseeing order delivery, product quality inspections, and the transition from samples to bulk production.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of footwear production management experience.
Experience in people management.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong focus on quality and sustainability.
Strategic thinking in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

Establish relationships with suppliers and manage daily suppliers in Indonesia.
Directly accountable for order delivery and product quality inspections at manufacturing partners.
Oversee the commercialization process from samples to bulk production.
Lead continuous improvement projects at manufacturing partners' sites with lean and automated production.
Lead monthly business reviews with manufacturing partners.
Promote sustainability and quality and drive strategic initiatives.
