Nike Inc. in Jakarta seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen our Footwear Manufacturing and Engineering team.

You will partner with Product Creation, Sourcing, and factory teams to drive standards and advanced manufacturing capabilities on the workshop floor. The role requires a robust engineering background, 6+ years in manufacturing (footwear preferred), and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing, footwear experience preferred.
• Bachelor level technical engineering degree.
• Data-driven decision making with statistics.
• Strong influencing and communication across stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational improvements and product/process excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Creation, Sourcing, and partners to enable advanced manufacturing.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure Nike standards from development to commercialization.
• Scale QMS foundation elements with Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
• Coach and guide factory partners to improve process efficiency and compliance.
• Assess ramp-up and engineering readiness for new facilities.
