• SME production knowledge to ensure viability from development samples to commercialization.
• Knowledge of footwear tech constructions and laboratory testing.
• Ability to communicate technical feedback clearly to stakeholders.
• Understanding of paper patterns and digital product creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent commercialization in early PD cycle product review meetings.
• Ensure samples meet commercialization requirements and testing standards.
• Coordinate with brand, vendor, engineering and production teams on pattern, fit, materials and assembly.
• Lead extreme fit trial schedules and report progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track timelines to ensure BR and T4 readiness and align tooling with production timeframes.
• Collaborate with cost teams to validate sample and production patterns.
