Job summary

KMK is a leading footwear manufacturer seeking an experienced Footwear Developer to manage patterns, specifications, materials, and construction processes, translating product concepts into production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with Design, Pattern Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), and Production teams to evaluate prototypes, run trials, and provide actionable technical recommendations to enhance quality, performance, and comfort in a fast-paced factory environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Footwear Developer.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of footwear construction, manufacturing processes, materials, and product development.
• Ability to analyze prototypes and production samples, conduct fit and wear evaluations, and provide clear technical feedback for improvement.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced factory environment.
