Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Materials Sourcing & Supplier Development professional to join the Jakarta team. You will work closely with R&D, QA, and Production to ensure material availability, quality, and regulatory compliance while mitigating supply risks.

The role emphasizes identifying new materials and suppliers, managing onboarding, and coordinating audits. Strong English communication is required; Mandarin is a plus. Local placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing Development / Supplier Development in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Good understanding of supplier development, quality evaluation, and RM supplier audits.
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Knowledge of Halal, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify new raw materials for R&D / Product Development requirements.
• Proactively identify alternative raw materials to mitigate risks of shortages or price increases.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new and alternative suppliers for reliable, competitive supply base.
• Handle quality issues with QA and stakeholders.
• Manage the registration and onboarding process of new raw materials and suppliers.
• Coordinate with QA for annual supplier audits.
• Maintain and update RM standardization data in purchasing systems.
• Communicate updates in material specifications to suppliers promptly.
• Request and verify supplier documentation including Halal certificates and lab reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for shelf-life extensions and obtain R&D approvals.
