Weir is seeking an experienced procurement specialist in Jakarta with a focus on direct materials and RFQ management. You will lead tactical sourcing, manage supplier relations, and support category strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work in a hybrid, regional environment. You will collaborate with project teams and R&D on sourcing activities to support new products.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on procurement experience, particularly in direct-material sourcing and RFQ management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and SAP system proficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt in an evolving environment with developing processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Tactical Sourcing: Manage day-to-day sourcing requests including obtaining supplier quotations, RFQs, and supporting immediate business needs for direct materials.
