Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to lead planning at the Bekasi Factory. You will forecast demand, ensure material readiness, and coordinate across production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales and marketing to keep operations smooth.

The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, a related bachelor's degree, and at least five years in supply planning or operations within FMCG or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business).
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Supply Planning or Operations in FMCG or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Familiar with ERP systems and strong analytical skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional coordination.
• Good leadership and communication abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi Factory.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning based on sales forecast and business demand.
• Ensure material and product availability to support production and distribution operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain healthy stock balance.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement HO, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth distribution process.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Control supply-related costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Support ERP/system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare supply performance reports and recommendations for management.
