Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior ID Demand Strategy role based in Jakarta to bridge demand strategy development with execution.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align on demand levers, track P&L topline and contribute to business planning cycles, reporting to the Head of ID Demand Strategy, and working onsite at the Grab Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modelling, simulation and analysis.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL/Python/R advantageous.
• Experience in technology industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure the problem statements including root cause analysis to ensure we are solving the right problems.
• Design campaigns which includes offering scheme, funding scheme as well as profitability level.
• Monitor campaign performance including financial and operational performance metrics and flag variances that require attention or immediate actions.
• Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards that visualize key financial metrics, ensuring data accuracy and refreshes for stakeholder access.
• Identify all trade-offs in terms of business impact between each option during decision making process.

Get to Know the Team

The ID Food Demand Planning Team is the think tank and in-house strategy overseeing overall topline in Grab ID's P&L and improving user growth across all verticals businesses including mobility and delivery verticals. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.

Get to Know the Role

In this role, you will bridge demand strategy development and operational demand execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders to get the alignment on demand levers and strategies in order to help achieve P&L topline, track financial and lever's performance, and contribute to business planning cycles. You will report to the Head of ID Demand Strategy and will be based onsite in the Grab Jakarta office.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, and/or campaign development roles. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Business Management, Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in financial modelling, simulation and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions). SQL/Python/R skills are advantageous
