Job summary

MITRAKARYA MAKMUR SEJAHTERA seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service in Bali. You will ensure consistent service quality, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to hotel standards and SOPs.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to achieve targets; implement promotions to maximize revenue. Monitor costs, inventory, and purchasing, and provide regular reports and KPIs to management.

Job description

Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet, and room service.

Ensure consistent service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational and service targets.

Develop and implement F&B strategies, promotions, and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.

Monitor and control food & beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and departmental expenses.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

Handle guest feedback and complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, operational reports, and departmental KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
