Staffinc Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the FMCG sector within the Surabaya region. This hybrid role combines strategic field sales with remote planning and reporting to maintain a strong market presence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in Surabaya.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients in FMCG.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market visits to assess needs and gather competitive intelligence.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management.
